Professor Peter Reuter recently delivered two seminars in New Zealand entitled "Regulating pleasure: Choosing regimes for psychoactive drugs".  The talk covers important principles to consider in the development of policies to regulate new psychoactive drugs, with reference also to recent changes in cannabis regulation in Colarado and Washington.

Professor Reuter is a distinguished researcher in the drug policy area, from the School of Public Policy and Department of Criminology, University of Maryland. 
 
The seminar was orgnaised and hosted by the Drug Research Team at the SHORE and Whariki Research Centre of Massey University and facilitated by Dr Chris Wilkins.
