CAYAD Otautahi (Christchurch) is provided by St John of God Waipuna. St John of God Waipuna is a specialist youth agency in Christchurch which manages an innovative range of programmes providing young people, their families/whanau and the community with support and opportunities for development.

Philip Siataga (B.A..DipGrad.,PGDip) is of Samoan and New Zealand European heritage. Philip has been also consulting, educating and researching for 12 years. He has over 25 years experience working in therapeutic communities and with youth programmes throughout New Zealand. Philip is also a member of the Pacific Advisory Group to ALAC, chairperson of Le leo o Le Va -the Pacific Advisory Group to Le Va - the National Pacific health Workforce Development programme within Te Pou, and a board member of the New Zealand Drug Foundation. He is the author of ‘I Am: guide for nurturing hope, resilience and happiness Pasifika style’ (2010). He is the proud father of two wonderful daughters.
